RETURN POLICIES

You have the right to return all products you have bought from www.sinicwatch.com for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving them.

The right applies only if the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. Sinic watch holds the right to additional charges if returns do not meet this criterion. When you return or exchange any product, you must cover the shipping charges.

Any refunds made by us will be processed back to the original payment method when you placed your order.

Please contact us at support@sinicwatch.com before returning the order - we are happy to provide you with return instructions.

The message must contain the following information:

  • Order no.
  • Product no.
  • Reason for return.

As soon as we receive your return shipment, we aim to process your request within 3 business days and will send you an email confirmation once processed.

 

WARRANTY

Your SINIC watch is covered by our limited warranty against any defects in manufacturing; this includes the watch movement, indexes, dial, and hands. The warranty for a SINIC watch is valid for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase.
 
Other parts that are not listed above are not covered by this warranty. If the product is returned during the warranty period, SINIC will repair or replace any defective watch or watch-part, at no additional expense, within a reasonable time, after the product is returned.
 
If you experience any damage to your watch that is considered to be covered by our warranty, you can contact support@sinicwatch.com. To ease and expedite the process, please include the following info when contacting us:
  • Order number
  • Pictures of the watch and the damage
  • Receipt
